Should you pay then decide to cancel the order, for any reason, we will refund your money, a 5% fee of the total payment is charged to cover our time in liaising with the manufacturer on your behalf.

Custom Badges, if the molding fee is paid, you do not have to pay it again, this is a one off fee, unless we change manufacturers due to quality issues, and the current manufacturer will store your mold for 2 years, after this time, it is at there discretion if charged again, as they can not store the mold for you indefinitely. We may request verification of your identity if you request a Police or Government badge to be commissioned. Upon giving your approval upon commissioning of your badge, you approve unreservedly the use of your logo on our front advertising page, Government, or Private. Your Company/Business or Government logo will not be used for any other purpose.
No Returns, as a commission maybe paid for your purchase, and can not be re-claimed. Returns - are by negotiation and approval only, upon receiving your RMA ( Return Merchandise Authority ) and the return of the goods, in perfect condition, and original packaging in perfect resalable condition, you agree to pay a 20% or a minimum of $25.00 re stocking fee + the original Credit Card Fee charged to us upon your sale.
